DO YOU OFFER FLEX PAYMENTS?

Yes, we offer flex payments. To sign up, visit Livble.com and apply for the service or speak to the leasing team for more details.

Chateau Carmel has a 2-pet limit of 50lbs and allows cats and dogs with breed restriction. 

On call Maintenance for emergencies only. Our dedicated and skilled maintenance team will respond promptly and strive to ensure every task is completed with efficiency and care.  Simply contact the leasing office (504)-321-4027 – Option 3 for emergencies only.

Chateau Carmel fitness center is open only through Business hours M-F 8 AM to 5PM and Saturday’s 9AM to 1PM.   You must register your time through the resident portal. 

Chateau Carmel has 2 beautiful pools open from Tuesday – Friday 10 AM to 4PM and Saturday’s from 9 AM to 1 PM. 

Yes! We have 4 Laundry facilities on property for residents,  the 1-bedroom Lafitte and the 2 bedroom comes with washer and dryer connection only. 

Yes! Our business center is available for residents with 3 mac computers and a printer.

Yes! The Joe Brown Park is close to Carmel Brook providing a great experience. 

Yes, Chateau Carmel is close to the bus stop right in front of the property providing easy access to bus routes.
